Any powerseller who knows what he's doing will disclose the shipping costs up front. I don't mind paying handling charges, or surcharges for international shipping, as long as the charges are stated in the auction or (extremely quickly) supplied when I ask. That way I just figure the shipping into my maximum bid. Look for the ebay shipping calculator function before you bid. Bidding on an auction without knowing the shipping cost is _asking_ to be ripped off.
