Very smart! After I had my custom-made bike stolen from me some months back, I decided that anything "flashy", "pretty", and expensive should not be left locked for even a few minutes so I purchased an inexpensive folder that I take inside with me and then a full-sized vintage 3-speed.

I purposefully picked that particular vintage bike because it looked slightly "beater-ish" and would draw less attention from thieves.

A less attractive bike is the first line of defense in not attracting thieves!
