Steel wheels and the ashtabula crank will do that, the Sport Tourer has alloy wheels, hubs, stem, bars, and three peice alloy crank,
but your bike is the cats meow dude! Really nice!
I built this for a guy I new (thought I knew...long story.) it was pretty light and cool looking, and did the job it was built for, that I know of still is.
