I had an original Raliegh Chopper in the 70's. My first "cool" bike. It was blue, and it had a full seat, large enough for a "rider", "hey girl, need a ride to the store?"
(this one appears to have seat & back rest).
It also had the 3 speed stick shifter on the top bar. Not in the handle bar.
We truelly "chopped" it by extending the front forks with 2, 4 foot pipes. And kept the small wheel.
It was easy rider! You could pop a wheelie and ride the whole block!
