Accelerade, Cytomax, Eundurox...

I've read in various places that Gatorade doesn't provide enough electrolytes for long workouts and that other products are better. Is there any truth to this? If so, are Accelerade, Cytomax and/or Endurox any better? If not, what should I be looking for?
