I work nights and I rode home this morning. It was my first commute. I was so excited. It's not a long way but I really feel that I turned a corner and now will be biking TO and from work regularly. That was my goal--to be able to commute to work. It's really a laughably short distance but I am woefully overweight and de-conditioned. So, I am very proud of myself today!!
