I emailed Bianchi on Monday and haven't received a response yet. I should call, and I will, when I'm more in the mood to breathe fire about the local dealer's behavior toward me. I'll be in Chicago next weekend, so I'm contacting a dealer or two there to see what could be done.

If bikes work the way other products do, any authorized dealer will perform warranty service for free--right? I suppose I may have to pay them to un-warp the wheel that the local yahoos botched last weekend now, though. Details:
