I am 6' tall, started july 10th at 228 lbs.
Today I weighed 209 lbs. All weights are taken first thing in the morning after a "bowel movement" =D
Here's what I do:
- Don't eat junk or soda
- Eat less of my normal foods
- Ride my bike 18-20 miles 4-5 times a week.
20 lbs lost so far in 6 weeks.
