Frame layout looks like what I can see in googled ER pics. The rear dropout/triangle setup looks the same. It's a wonder that the 3 CL pics show as much as they do. Makes me feel better about my garage.
If it's a clone it's true to the original. If the seller knows it's an ER, would likely be in the ad. Either the seller has no idea what it is (likely) or it is a clone.
