Luddite was asking for these. They are on Ergon GC3-Large grips with bar ends. These are the three alternate hand positions I use, besides being on the palm pads themselves.
This to me is like the road bike position of "riding on the hoods" It's very comfortable.
I tend to have my bar ends more upright to get this hand poisition.
This one is not the most stable for steering but you can get by.
