Work got in the way of my riding this week. Tuesday I missed the group ride and took the steel bike for a flat 20 -ish miles. No efforts, just riding for grins.
Today I took the Diva for a roller-y 35 miles in right at 2 hrs., aiming for recovery and pretty much getting it. I'm debating on a group ride tomorrow. My last race, a time trial, is Sunday. So that's the focus now.
After that...just having social rides and fun on the bikes. Hoping cgallagh finishes his project so we can log more tandem miles together. The tandem has been idle for over 2 weeks now.
