I joined a while back and just kinda been lurking and not really riding my bike much. But as of the last past month I have been riding every tue, thur, and sat. On mon, wed, and friday i lift weights. I have been eating much better diet, which consist of a diet shake in the morning, cup of yogurt mid moring snack, a bowl of soup, a fiber bar, and a low fat, fiber filled supper. i am up to 20 miles each time i ride now and the weight is now melting off. lost about 20 pounds so far as i am down to 375. Its been hard but now that i am in a routine i think i am gonna make it just fine.
My bike is a Raleigh Venture 4.0.
