You should post this in the classic and vintage section for some really good feedback. The bike sounds like a Japanese Sport model which was a touring model hence the longer chainstay. The should "technically" make it better for commuting as the geometry is designed to carry a load. Sports from a few years used Shimano Exage equipment. I am not sure about those Dura Ace. The concern would be that the parts have been replaced although no big deal if the parts were OK. The Sports model was not top of the line but had decent enough parts that worked well. If it was Celeste colored it would be a no brainer for me. Either way ride them both and see which one you enjoy more. Value wise the Binachi would probably sell for more than a stripped and repainted World Sport with non-original parts.
