I pay nothing. Plus, most of our kits, skin suits, arm warmers, accessories, etc are all paid for as well(if you are racing). Nice because kits are not cheap. I got 5 full kits, 2 jackets, skinsuit and arm warmers for this season. Depending on your results/cat you get a team bike.
