Shorter ride today than planned today.
Was going to ride a 45+ mile triangle of Fairfax, Occoquan, Manassas. Took at little side trip to Laurel Hill to do some single track and had a low speed fall over on a steep asphalt connector (front tire rolled off a branch). No serious damage, but my left elbow is torn up and my left butt is
very sore. Cut the ride short before I got to the serious hills, and ended with only 26 miles.
added - next day and butt still sore. Stairs and toilet seats are a challenge right now. Bruise still hasn't made it's way to the surface, but I'm sure it'll be a beaut.
Think I'll take this week off from riding.
