+1 on the Hammer bibs. For a real low price yet decent quality try the love2pedal bibs and/or bib shorts. You can get 2 pairs of Falconi bib shorts for 65 clams. I think they are much better than the Performance house brand. A lto of folks here say to stay away from gel shorts...never tried them, though.
