Understand your frustration and I think there are a number of good points of advice in this thread. As much as you can...keep your cool, note license plate, color and other distiguishing characteristics of the vehicle and driver (might be hard to do if they stay in the cab). And I'd notify the police about the incident (note time of day, date, location) and leave it at that. If it happens again, report it again.

When I rode a motorcycle regularly, I ran into more than one pinhead cager who didn't think two wheels belong on the road but I could always get away from them...harder to do on a human-powered vehicle.
