i reckon this is why most solo riders prefer solo. i don't like pottering around waiting for really slow riders, but i cannot maintain a hard effort for long enough to keep up with proper cyclists. i go fast for a bit then relax and then go fast again. this is no good for group riding and doesn't fit in with any club.
