As a note I would not recommend blasting a frame to remove the paint. It would either be very long or require quite abrasive pressure/sand, and the latter could potentially damage the frame.

I'm saying that b/c I did some sandblasting recently and it doesn't take off paint easily unless it's flacky. Better to strip it first chemically and blast it at the hard-to-reach regions and to prep it for paint.

Or perhaps Jet-Kote knows what they're doing better than me
