Sounds good enough. My concern would be that it's a 10 year old aluminum frame, and though he says it's only been on a few rides, you ought to give it a good once-over to make sure it's in good shape. Not dents or cracks in any of the joints, etc....
That said, get and post some pics. Lots of things sound good on paper.
While you're there, teach the guy how to post a picture.
