Good 80mm fork?

I have a Trek Navigator. Because of an unexpeccted incident, I now need to buy a new fork & wheel. The bike came with a rigid fork.

Now, I would like to ride around on some easy trails (which may have small bumps here & there). I would like to buy a decent for with very little travel.

Can you recommend something for me? Used is ok. Does anyone make forks that are less than 100mm nowadays? Seems like every fork I look at are 100mm or more in travel. If I put on such a high fork, I'll end up popping wheelies each time I hammer the pedals in a seated position.
