DanRH..Rick T...so how did you like the Riverbank Wine and Cheese ride?

Sorry we missed you guys...in fact we saw no Tandems the whole day, We started at 7.00am straight up and did not get back 'til 3.45 ....we were pretty used up. Very cool course, with some great rest stop locations. Lots to see with lakes, the resovoir, dams, Knights Ferry and plenty of Blue Oaks to ride through. Easy first half heading southeast with a breeze to our backs and modest climbs. One ugly super steep and twisty down hill which negated the usual reward from the longest slow climb of the ride. It stressed our Avid V's a bit but no problems, just a slow technical decent that was no fun at all. For the second half of the day we had some wind in our face but fortunately it wasn't to bad. All in all a fun one but may do the Metric next time.
