I just bought the book. I think it will be an enjoyable read, mainly because David Byrne has always been an interesting guy.
Byrne's book,
The Bicycle Diaries, was interesting, but in a lot of it, I thought he was preaching to the converted. Meaning, I'm already into bikes, so a lot of his observations geared toward them who might think biking or folding bikes is something new, were underwhelming. Still, he's got a unique voice and it was a decent read, especially talking about biking in foreign cities.
