I don't have a weight loss program that works.
So, after trying Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, calorie counting, carbo counting, cabbage diet, egg diet, fasting, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem and some others I forgot about, I'm going to have the lap band procedure. My first appointment for pre-surgery stuff is 10-26. It's not as drastic as gastric bypass and is reversible in case I like being fat better.
