Extra FSA caveat: Save that little plastic dust cover if it's at all salvageable. It has a sleeve that slips in between the 20mm inner race and the 19mm BB spindle. You need it and they cost $8 EACH (plus about that much shipping) from FSA.

. . . unless you toasted the bearing and it all fell apart leaving you with just the outer race inside the cup. Then it gets more interesting .
