LBS yesterday found a kink in my cable that may have caused the slow release of the pads, changed out the cable and the wheel spins freely now.
But given how finicky my brakes seem and the number of problems I have, I'm wondering if this is specific to the Hayes MX4, to disc brakes in general or maybe I just happen to have a poor constructed one.
