For longer rides it is Assos Mille Bibs.. You would be right in between there XLG and TIR size
The XLG is XXL and TIR is 3XL, the do run a little on the small side.. The Mille shorts are made for longer distance riders and I usually wear mine of 50+ mile rides primarily.
