Drop upper body mass. I'm pretty good on body fat %, but I might want to lose 1-3% more (about 9-10% at the moment). Trying to lose the upper body muscle is a big hit to my ego. I've gone from being able to bench over 300 lbs to barely able to put up 250 in the past two months. I'm keeping up with the weights, but lower intensities, less force, more flexibility and better form.

I'm 5' 11" and was about 188 lbs when I started trying to lose the mass (two months ago), down to about 178. I'm trying to get to 164 (where I was three years ago). What is making the process harder is I'm gaining lower body mass with increasing power. No complaints about that one, though.
