I'm still riding my '84 all Campagnolo antique and my wife has a new carbon fibre wonderment with 47,000 speeds and those brake lever shifters. When we're out enjoying the ride, though, the scenery and the birds and the water and the wind and share each other's company and the ham sandwich we brought, its still just one world.

You put your butt on the seat and you spin the pedals. The rest is fluff.
