Those are more commonly refered to as brown cows...as in "How now..."
Sorry I couldn't resist. This weekend looks to be good for us here in da South. I am looking forward to seeing multi-breed cattle gnawing on the new grass. Our horses are reaching over for that which is greener on the other side stuff right now.
