I picked the bike up in 2006. It was a 1995 Team Mak bike built by Waterford. That's the original Stronglight headset. A lot of early Waterfords used Stronglights. They were big on Waterford built Paramounts. Seeing as this was an early production Waterford there's a lot of Paramount influence in its design.
I have a blue RSE-11 that looks like the other cross Waterford posted earlier. Mine is set up like a touring bike now. I'd like to set it up more like a cross bike though.
