basically a road bike with track ends. can't beat the comfort of steel. having done back to back centuries on chipseal roads on mine, i promise you that it is well-suited to extended saddle time.

not sure what 'on the street' use means to you, but if it entails bad roads and/or extended saddle time, i sure wouldn't be looking at OS aluminum.
