Vertigo, BPPV Climbing Mountains

I have been road cycling for three years in flat conditions (Dallas).
During a trip to Italy last year, I cycled up mountains every day and awoke very sick every following morning. I subsequently discovered it was BPPV and the Epley maneuver.
Three weeks ago, I rode up one three mile mountain in Colorado and have been suffering with BPPV ever since (Epley not effective).

First, has anyone else suffered vertigo due to mountain climbs?
Second, what have you done besides Epley?

That is odd.

Have you discussed this with a doctor? Perhaps get a full physical exam, with at least rudimentary neuro, and cardiac tests as well as looking at blood electrolytes.
