Police bicycle training video

While I did get some chuckles out of this, there were also some good info and techniques. I especially liked the tactical move of pulling the attacker over onto the falling bicycle to upset their balance.

Check the video again, are you sure this will work in a real life situation?

It would seem some physical fitness requirements should be tightened up a bit.
