Full video of the robbery at link.
Rather brazen and the thieves' faces are covered by their hoodies. It sounds like Close-Circuit TV is about everywhere in England that has any sizeable population.

in South Africa, my son who was 12 at the time, got his bike 'taken' by an adult thug who pulled a knife on him and threatened to stab him..... in broad daylight with lots of pedestrians on a high street
everyone just walked past and looked the other way .... sad

Typical......of people who don't want to get involved/don't want to come to the aid of another human being. It doesn't matter where a person lives on the globe. It is just stupid to be that ignorant.

Would have been hard for me not to push the thief into traffic. Would hate to spoil a motorists day. Thieves suck.

I really wish my aikido class was close enough to ride to...or that I had a ride to it. I wonder if the local arnis class would consider working up a modified version for u-lock and pump instead of matched straight sticks.
