By the way, the facebook group page is full of fun and interesting posts...and no whiff of terrorism, unless you consider single issue advocacy terrorism...which apparently the London constabulary does.

Seems to me that the "terrorist" label is well-overused these days to include any group or person who disrupts the imaginary bliss of any other group or person.

Also, if one is identifying road safety as being terrorizing, wouldn't it make sense to include road ragers and others who threaten the safety of others with their motor vehicles as terrosists?

Size is irrelevant ​​. It is the intent, and who it serves, that dismisses it's own citizens as enemies of "the state"....

History is littered with stories of police spending waaaaaay too much time infiltrating various groups (eco groups for eg) than it was worth and the only charges/prosecutions that ever arose were from situations that were created by the police agents themselves!

I think most people are just amused by the mismatch between who put out the list and what groups are on the list. No one seems to be too worried about the recruitment of bike sniffing dogs.

For the most part, this has been a pretty funny thread.

Has it been 30-40 years since the definition of terrorist was changed to include property damage to businesses? So damned near anyone in protest gets classified.... Dissent goes from necessary to indecent....
