NJ Safe Passing Bill Up For Vote

The bill needs your support to become law. Click the link to find out how to contact your representatives. I would post a working link but
since I'm a new user the forum won't let me. https :// bicyclecoalition .secure .nonprofitsoapbox .com / safepassingnja

I'm not quite sure why New Jersey would care what someone on the opposite side of the country would think.

There is a Northeast Regional Discussions subforum which might apply more.

The NJ Assembly has unanimously passed the NJ Safe Passing Law!

NOW WE NEED THE SENATE TO VOTE
WE NEED YOUR HELP to urge Senate President Sweeney to post the bill in the Senate for a vote on June 30.

His email address is: SENSWEENEY@NJLEG.ORG (Guessing he won't know if you're from another state )

I ride in the Denville/Boonton Twp/Mountain Lakes area of Morris County NJ and have always found NJ drivers to be respectful and decent enough neighbors on the road.
