Agreed. The outgoing crop of LAB 'leaders' don't strike me as having true leadership skills, or even a high level of cycling experience. Leadership of a group like the LAB should be vested in individuals who care, who are leaders, who ride to work, to shop, to have fun. Who ride to live.

Not a bunch just looking for a job, looking to push their own agenda rather than those of the membership.
