Driver threatens ped with chainsaw

Classic road rage, with a twist.

In other Virginia news this morning...Marcus Vick is back in jail.

Sounds like they had previous encounters and alcohol was probably involved. As for Marcus Vick, back in jail, off the team and entered the draft. I bet someone will be desperate enough to draft the kid.

That's doesn't sound too extreme to me.

Signed,

Chainsaw....

Hmmmm, not a bad idea. I wonder if they make one light enough (CF?) to carry on the bike. Handlebar mount?

RVA and vicinity seems to be having a serious nutcase season. Scarry lately.

Lesson learned: don't flip off guys in trucks who are also carrying chainsaws. They may have just been attending the Tube Hopper retrospective at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.

Marcus Vick is the logical extension of a football program completely out of control. Posterboy for Virginia Tech football. Yeah, I know he's off the team, but his list of offences prior to being removed is truly astonishing. And given his driving record, I don't want him on the road while I'm cycling.

Marcus still has a way to go before besting ex-Buckeye Maurice for dumb donkey ideas getting in the way of cashing in on his talent.

I grew up there (Dumfries, Stafford) it was full of nuts 25 years ago, little has changed. I am related to several of the nuts. Family pictures now include clips from "COPS"

Bikes: A mixed-breed beater util/commute rigid hybrid I frankensteined out of assorted resqued components, called "Streetdancer". Ugly as sin, yet beautiful in function.

No Joke. And the Police, County, and State basically told him, "it's ok Marcus your famous so you can get away with what ever you want" last year for what amounts to basically **** in my opinion of a local high school girl. I guarantee you if it was me or one of the other local hill billies around here we'd be trying not to drop the soap in the state penn.

Good by Marcus and good ridden is what I say. People are so stupid it makes me cringe some times.
Blacksburg used to be a nice little town till that idiot Beamer and the rest of his criminal gang moved in.

Threatened the ped with a chainsaw and then hit him with a truck... and to think some folks believe that motorists are never intentionally agressive toward cyclists... here is a tale of two motorists being morons toward a pedestrian... Sheesh.
