San Francisco Bike Plan implementation halted until at least September

The injunction will stay in place until the court decides whether the bike plan has undergone adequate environmental review. A hearing is scheduled for Sept. 13.

The injunction bars the city -- at least temporarily -- from creating new bike lanes, changing the timing of traffic signals to accommodate cyclists, and restricting or removing on-street parking to benefit bikes.

This Rob Anderson dude sounds like just another anti-cycling pr*ck.
I think I'll post his email on every spam site I can find.

Hello BOIP,
Thanks for brining this to our attention. It is ironic that Ninety-Nine Percent and crew feels that bicycling is so unsafe that is better not to spend any funds for improving bicycle factilites. Better to keep the parking instead of bike lanes & spend 100% for car travel?
