Quick reference of cycling laws by state. Does it exist?
I would like a business card sized quick reference to cyclists rights in my state (FL). When a driver harasses me and tells me to get out of the road, it would be nice to have something to hand them instead of getting into a shouting match about the law. Does something like this exist?

What makes you think that any driver who is annoyed at you would give any credence to a printed card? My guess is that most would throw it to the ground and/or deny any validity.

Check the Florida Bicycle Association website -- floridabicycle.org/bicycle-traffic-law/ -- for that information. You'll probably have to download-and-print it yourself.

Advice that I have a hard time understanding in one aspect.
IF you are having an argument with a driver, the BEST thing to do is ride AWAY from them, off the road into a lot, side street, etc., STOP, WATCH, and wait for them to be gone. I cannot say the number of you tube videos I see where some cyclist decides to mouth back off, give the Hawaii Hello or whatever and then ride on down the street like they aren't coming up behind them...or stopping while sitting on a bike like a bag waiting to be punched.

Most people who are going to get in an argument with you roadside aren't the types of people looking to be educated about the laws.
