If you notice in the video, the "car" appears to be very hard to get moving.

If you are not familiar with the guys at Bicycle Forest they are a panic. From their pimped out Roads car, their innovative ideas on how to get indoor exercise outside (be sure to check out those jumps), as well as turning the concept of a couch potato totally on its head.
