is the cyclist trying to get some sort of "bike" cred for looking at a car wreck? "oh look at me, i'm a cyclist i'm stopping to look at a cager wreck, i'm morally superior i ride a bike, look at the bad cager, they got their dues and i'm in the photo...."

judging by the distance I doubt that lady even knew she was in the photo.
I do not know her personally but I have seen her often and I think she has about a 15 mile one way commute.

dont mind my caustic post. 
I happen to know a cyclist locally who enjoys it when motorists die. He smacks his bike elitism around when he sees a crash adn gloats. It annoys me.

It's a great photo, and the cyclist gave it a human scale and provided interest. This was probably a successful suicide attempt.
