Can't Remember

Someone told me that a member of the golf range had hit a bicyclist. I wanted to get the details since it's possible to learn from accidents, so I approached the guy who is about 30 years old and asked him about the accident. I asked him if he had hit a cyclist and very calmly He said,"Yes that's right". Then I asked him where he was driving when he hit the cyclist and he said, "And that was a long time ago, I can't remember the area, sorry".

I would think he could remember something like that lol. I let it go
