Does there exist a compilation of state laws relevant to cycling? If so, where can I find it?

More specifically: https://www.massbike.org/bikelaw/statelaws.htm

The one at https://www.bicycledriving.com/trafficlaw.htm cited by mev is very good.

I can see that. Not only does it give links to all the appropriate statutes, but it compares and contrasts different state laws and makes reform recommendations. It's also up to date and lists previous updates. It's outstanding.
