I visit Miami and south Fl. pretty often, was just there in late March, and I just don't notice much difference between there and anywhere else, i.e. I have no trouble at all.
Worst place I've ever been was Madison, Wi. EVERYONE IS DRUNK THERE ALL THE TIME.

I guess it was in defense of Miami. I just haven't had any trouble their at all. Other than people stopping to let me in line, or stopping to let me turn left across traffic. I hate that.
