I'm crayoning a sharp rebuke to my local secondary school, they better not be showing this kind of garbage to my children.
Portraying children as stupid little monkeys. Sure they get in accidents, but all is better afterwards. They really would be better off showing the kids in character, obeying the rules and asserting their legal right to the road.

If its the video I am thinking of, its a 1960s safety video for bicycling. It does a pretty good job of the basics. I have come to realize that dobber likes to post these kind of things anytime a legitimate issue is brought up elsewhere.
In this case, it is probably the sarcastic rebuttal to the thread on the Farmers Help Point ad. Just like the Planters commercial thread was a response to the State Farm ad thread.

I like the food or girl video that shows up over to the right. Far more interesting.

Somehow, I managed to miss this film in school, I recognize the voice Edward Everett Horton who was popular with the children when this film was made, as the narrator of "Fractured Fairy Tales", and the voice over was probably added to make it more modern. This film at least shows the childern riding in the street.
