I just posted to the report, and I'll say it here -- DUI resulting in death needs to become a capital crime! NOBODY is 'innocent' because they're 'impaired'! IF YOU'RE IMPAIRED, YOU DON'T ENGAGE IN ACTIVITY THAT REQIRES FULL FACULTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
