Unfriendly Driver Watchdog Website
I was wondering if there is a website where people can submit the license plates of drivers that have unfairly directed road rage at cyclists. I have started collecting the license plate numbers of drivers that for fun or out of anger drive dangerously around me or a group of cyclists. I thought it would be a good idea to start a website where we could keep track of incidents where a driver clips your tire or honks the horn at you. That way certain plates could be flagged if they have been submitted 3 different times. It could be used as evidence in cases against drivers and could be another means of making drivers realize there are consequences to unsafe driving and road rage.
Does anyone know of a website like this? Because I think I may try and start one up before college in the fall.

I know they have one that's mostly used by other drivers. Could be that platewire one. Although I doubt you could use that sort of website as evidence of anything (unless you had videos/pictures/etc). People could just report random plates for no reason or because they had something against that particular driver (petty battles between ex boyfriends/girlfriends comes to mind).
