Bike lane must turn right

I thought some of you might enjoy this: Wrong right turn-lanes in College Park on Washcycle Lots of poorly implemented bicycling "accommodations" (probably courtesy of the Department of Public Works (generally DOTs are not this bad.)) |
so just leave the bike lane and merge into traffic.

Seems reasonable. Shouldn't all bike lanes that extend all the way to an intersection and when they are the right most lane be right turn only lanes?

+1. Isn't the sign just saying to only follow the bike lane to the right of the RTOL is you are turning right? If you want to go straight, don't stay in the bike lane.
